Withdrawal of funds – you must be KYC

Dear Farman,

As an open, honest and transparent company we are determined to conform with legal requirements and best practice wherever we operate.
We prefer evolution to revolution, so we are now taking the next step in our KYC process.
As part of these Best Practices, you are required to be fully KYC verified before you can withdraw funds.  This is in effect immediately.
This means that in order to request Bank transfers (requesting a direct deposit to your bank account), Neteller transfers, LEO Charity transfers, MasterCard transfers, Bitcoin transfers and Member to Member transfers, your KYC Status will be checked before your request is executed.
 

What does KYC Verification mean?

It means that you have supplied the following and they have been approved
  • Mobile telephone number / Cell phone number
  • Email address
  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of address

How do I know if I am KYC verified?

You can see your status in your LEO Back Office. In the Support Menu is a KYC Status Menu. In the KYC Menu are four options showing your status relating to your Mobile number. Email, Proof of ID and Proof of address.  If it says ‘Verified’ that element is completed.

If it does not say ‘Verified’ then your next steps to become Verified are shown. Follow those steps.


When all 4 steps are completed you will be able to withdraw funds.
If you experience problems with any element in this process, please raise a Support Ticket.
Effective immediately you must be fully KYC verified before you can withdraw funds. Check your status and become fully verified NOW.  Taking the time to become KYC verified now, means you avoid any delays when requesting withdrawals in future.
