This week's Global Associate Meeting was presented by Michelle Smith, Director of Sales and Training


We will start with the recognition of two of our leaders, give you a LEOcoin update, some Back Office and Product updates, LEO in the News and Event updates and we have some special updates on Incentives.


Naveed Qaisar is our latest Director.
When Naveed heard that there was an event in Toronto in early December he set a target to be a Director so that he could receive the award, on stage, from Dan and Atif. Such is the power of the LEO methodology that he was able to book his tickets in advance; take off without having reached the qualification; qualify during the flight between Pakistan and Canada; receive the award in Toronto – as we shall see from the event slides later.


Muhammad Yousaf is our latest National Marketing Director
This is a Leader who believes in spending most of his time developing and supporting the teams’ members he has built up through the years. As his team members have grown and risen through the ranks, so has he.

LEOcoin is showing continued strength. LEOcoin and LEOxChange and the LEOcoin Foundation continue to receive publicity and, with the LEO Corporate and LEO Members around the world introducing all three to new contacts, we are building strength through growing the community of interest.
We are seeing Member holdings grow to reach the three levels of the Proof of Stake reward: 1,000 and 5,000 and 50,000. Monday is usually a quiet day for trading, but today there is intense activity and this may well be due to the interest generated by the next piece of news……


DABTC is the first exchange in China to list LEOcoin, as long as you have Alipay you can use it.
You may use Alipay (just like PayPal) to link your DABTC account to your credit card and bank cards. There was a special promotion where the top 10 accounts to load money to the DABTC platform (to purchase whatever coins, not limited to LEOcoin) got 10 LEOcoins.

In the Chinese language webinar, Mr. Huang (大比特) from DABTC spoke about his delight to be able to have LEOcoin available on the first exchange platform in China. He is impressed with the interest since they started on 1 December and he believes growth could be very significant once people learn it is available in a Chinese language environment.


The new DABTC comes straight into the top 5 by volume.
You will see that each of the exchanges that support LEOcoin have different chart profiles – that demonstrates that LEOcoin is not controlled by LEO but by the market. When you introduce the business and LEOcoin to prospects, you can refer them here. The more you share your business, your products and your passion; the stronger the community becomes. As we increase our reputation and more exchanges take LEOcoin onto their platforms Members can trade on exchanges in their own language.

We saw Rachael in Hong Kong the week before – it is wonderful that we are able to use our Live Seminar and Discover LEO events to support her in building a global business.
We had Atif and Dan providing tips garnered from their many years of being successful leaders, not just with LEO; Julian Bolster provided some key Sales training; Paul Southworth gave the audience insight into the business based on his many years with the DSA in the UK and David Johnstone was there to introduce LEOcrowd.


We were especially proud to be able to host a Leaders’ Dinner.
Liaqat Ali Magray (he of the 100,000 Member team) shared his experiences on his journey to reach that significant milestone. The audience heard how he overcame difficulties that would daunt the strongest amongst us. He spent almost a year away from his family, travelling around Pakistan, facing brutal competition, suffering disappointments and managing on very little income – but it paid off. In the same way as he duplicated a successful person, Atif, we encourage everyone to duplicate what Liaqat did – including ‘never give up’ and ‘support your people’ and ‘always wear a smile’. And even today he still does those 3 things.


David Johnstone will be hosting this meeting in Toronto which is a workshop for Canadian members who are looking to raise funds. This was organised at the very last minute because David could not meet all the people who were at the Discover LEO event that had an interest in crowdfunding.


On 10 December, there will also be a Discover LEO event in Frankfurt. Dan Andersson will be presenting the LEO Business opportunity.
This is only open to Members and guests in Germany and Russia. Tickets are now available at €10 each.

Remember that when someone buys the 1 Month Value Pack or the 4 Month Value Pack and decides, within 15 days, to upgrade to a 12 Month Value Pack, they can just pay the difference.

With the subscription promotion in effect, anyone upgrading between 16 November and 31 December will be able to take advantage of the extended subscription period as well.

This gives you ANOTHER VERY good reason to go back to your new customers the week after their first purchase. This is a very strong message. Help them maximize the benefit of being able to consume these products at a favourable price and for an extended period (providing they upgrade by 31 December)

Don’t forget that when they upgrade you earn the extra BP and RP.


This new Rank Point Bonus leverages the structure of the enhanced Marketing Plan, and is designed to help new Members.

Whilst we have been telling you about all these fabulous incentives to help you roar ahead with your business, we must remind you that the qualification for the forthcoming LEO Kuala Lumpur Annual Conference in 2017 is 100,000 BP in each leg.

However, you still have until 31 December 2016 to qualify, so you should focus on what you need to do. Break it down into targets using the Double RP Challenge to help boost you there. Ask yourself:
 
  • What do I need to do to reach Kuala Lumpur?
  • What do I need to do for each month end?
  • What do I need to do each week?
  • What do I need to do today?

We are still waiting for Apple’s App Store to approve the first version of the LEO Smart 3.0 App. When it is approved, the App will be made available for free from both Apple and Android Play stores. So, build your contact list now, in preparation, as this will benefit you when the App is launched.

This is unique in our industry – it is a complete game changer!

It will get us all to the personal goals we have set ourselves. This includes the LEO community goal of one million Members by the end of this year.

Liaqat Ali Magray has said that he is glad that this is delayed because it will help him build up his contacts. We know that success is achieved by duplicating what successful people do. So what does that tell us about building our contacts if we have a Leader with 100,000 in his team already is still working hard to grow his contacts? "Get out there and speak to people" sounds like great advice.


We have now launched the LEO News app to help Members get news about LEO delivered directly to their phones. This is part of our strategy to make the mobile platform the business tool at the heart of each Member’s business.

Through the LEO News app we will send you information that you can use in your business, with your teams and with prospective customers. Make the most of the Double RP Challenge.  Get the most benefit – work your plan.  Write down your goals and set some dates by which you are going to achieve them – that is what Naveed Qaisar did to reach Director. Just setting your goals down in writing is a great step forward to achieving them.

Make sure everyone knows that they are getting 25% extra on their Value Packs. Upgrade within 15 days and your customer will get that advantage as well.
