Withdrawal of funds in BTC – you must be KYC

Dear Farman,

The benefits of digital currency are numerous, not least the anonymity and irrevocability of transactions.

We have developed the option to allow Members to transfer money from their back office account to their Bitcoin wallet. We are taking care to ensure that the BTC Wallet address supplied for each Member account is valid both as a BTC wallet address and as belonging to the Member.
We are now taking the next step in ensuring the security of payments by only accepting requests from Members who have successfully completed the KYC process.

You must be fully KYC verified before you can withdraw funds.
This means that in order to request withdrawal of funds in Bitcoin we will check your KYC Status before we execute your request.

What does KYC Verification mean?

It means that you have supplied the following and we have checked them
  • Mobile telephone number / Cell phone number
  • Email address
  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of address

How do I know if I am KYC verified?

You can see your status in your back office. In the Support Menu is a KYC Status Menu. In the KYC Menu are four options showing your status relating to your Mobile number. Email, Proof of ID and Proof of address.  If it says ‘Verified’ that element is completed.

If it does not say ‘Verified’ then your next steps to become Verified are shown. Follow those steps.

ONLY when all 4 steps are completed will you be able to request withdraw of funds to a Bitcoin wallet.

If you experience problems with any element in this process, please raise a Support Ticket.
Given the nature of digital currency transactions we are sure that you will support our efforts to secure the payment process.

This security requirement comes into immediate effect.
