Sending LEOcoins from your back office

Members who make payments of LEOcoins directly from their Back Office to other parties, like digital currency exchanges, can experience difficulties if they try to do it directly.
This is because the LEOcoins appear to come from LEO and not from you. So if there is a problem and the other party returns the payment or rejects the payment instruction the LEOcoins can get lost.

So we recommend that you do not attach addresses of external exchanges to your Back Office and try to transfer LEOcoins directly.

We recommend that you first send the LEOcoins from your Back Office to your own LEOcoin wallet and then send the payment to the other party from your own wallet.
This way if coins have to be returned, they will go back to your personal wallet.
