Multiple Accounts

If you have multiple accounts and want to link them – read on Dear Farman, We understand that some Members have additional accounts they would like to be linked together. If you are one them, you can start the process. IT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY 31 JANYUARY 2017 You must decide which of your accounts is to be your main account. Firstly check that your main account is fully KYC approved. When you are, an option to link your secondary accounts to this main account will be available to you. Please enter the user name for each of the accounts you wish to link. PLEASE NOTE THAT all the accounts must contain the exact name and address as the main account. All requests for account linking must be completed by 31st January, these requests will then be processed by Member Support during February. Let’s be clear: If you choose not to identify your sub-accounts before the end of January, the option to link accounts will be withdrawn and you will need to KYC all the accounts in the normal way.
