Subsidiary accounts

Dear Farman,

As you know, LEO maintains a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We want to ensure we have a strong relationship with our Members by knowing who they are and how to contact them. Any request for transfer of funds requires the account holder to be KYC approved.

We understand that you may have additional accounts you would like KYC approved. By the 9th January 2017, Members will be able to have a main account which is linked to sub-accounts. An option to link these accounts will be displayed in the back office. The main account will require full KYC verification before any other accounts can be linked to it and all sub-accounts must contain the exact name and address as the main account.

All requests for account linking must be completed by 31st January, these requests will then be processed by Member Support during February. A detailed FAQ and instructions will be published next week. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at Support@WelcometoLEO.com.
